Requirements: Fill out Consigner Form Consigner must have a PayPal Account Consigner must email us a copy of the Consigner Agreement Form and pictures of the item. to start the process and mail the hard copy to Bead Witching Baubles Consignment 10804 Rhody Dr #A Port Hadlock WA 98339 When an item sells Bead Witching Baubles will take 20% of the sale. Payment will be sent via PayPal.
